SyncBiller helps businesses sync selected Tally information and access business reporting tools. This policy explains how SyncBiller handles information when you use our website, applications and services.
Information we collect
We collect account and contact details you provide, subscription and support information, and the technical information required to operate the service, such as authorised device and sync status. When you connect Tally, the information processed depends on the data mode and datasets you choose.
How we use information
We use information to provide sync, reports, account administration, support, security, service improvement and legally required communications. We do not sell your business data.
Your data mode
- Cloud Mode: approved business data is stored in the SyncBiller cloud to provide connected reporting and access.
- Hybrid Mode: you select which datasets may be uploaded; unselected datasets remain outside cloud reporting.
- Private Local Mode: cloud business reporting is restricted and operational data remains local, subject to the capabilities of your installation.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards to protect information. You remain responsible for protecting account credentials, authorised devices and local Tally access. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
