Security and control

Access follows the tenant, company, role and device

Operational convenience does not remove the boundaries around accounting and customer data.

Tenant isolation

Requests and records remain scoped to the authenticated tenant.

Permissions & audit

Roles, module entitlements, approvals and activity evidence are enforced server-side.

Device authorisation

Connector and mobile devices require controlled tenant binding and can be reviewed by administrators.

FAQ

Practical answers before you start

Does SyncBiller replace Tally?

No. Tally remains the accounting authority where it is configured as the source of truth.

Can users see every company?

No. Access is tenant, role, company and branch aware; administrators control assignments.

Are Marketplace modules included automatically?

No. Availability, commercial mode and tenant entitlement are controlled separately.

What happens when connectivity fails?

Supported connector and mobile queues retain recoverable work; exact offline capability depends on the workflow.

Can I see the product first?

Review the clearly labelled workflow diagrams above, then start a trial for your own authorised company data.

Bring authorised Tally visibility to the whole team.

Start with the core platform and add operational modules when they are useful.
