Account usage
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure and use SyncBiller only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for users, devices and Tally connections authorised under your account.
Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed on the plan and billing cycle shown at purchase. Features, limits and Marketplace modules may vary by plan. You may cancel renewal before the next billing date; access remains available until the end of the paid period unless otherwise required by law.
Service limitations
SyncBiller depends on your local Tally installation, device connectivity, configuration and selected data mode. Sync results, reporting availability and real-time access may be affected by connectivity, Tally configuration, third-party services or scheduled maintenance.
Liability disclaimer
SyncBiller provides tools to help manage business data. You remain responsible for reviewing reports, accounting decisions, statutory compliance, data backups and actions taken from the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties and SyncBiller is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
